Eucee offers complete trust and transparency on all the purchases with us to all our customers.
Our products are non-returnable as they are food items. However, we do consider refunds of purchased items under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Damaged product delivered
In case of any of the above circumstances, detailed images of the packaging and the contents of the box must be sent to us at email@example.com, within 48 hours of the delivery. A full or partial refund may be initiated at the sole discretion of Eucee.
In case there is a quality complaint at the product needs to be shipped back to Eucee, the reverse shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in the same packaging in which it has been delivered in. Once the product has been returned to us we will send a replacement or refund you the amount due. Refunds will be deposited back to your account based on the stipulated time set by the bank, usually 3-7 working days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
